Product Leader at Flipkart building AI-native commerce experiences.
I'm Prince — a product leader with a maker's mindset. In the AI era, knowing how to tinker under the hood does a lot of heavy lifting.
I lead the Conversational Commerce & AI charter at Flipkart. Currently, I'm building SLAP — a 0→1 multi-marketplace AI shopping app — and making the core Flipkart app more AI-native by launching "AI Mode" experiences across the platform.
Before this, I led Flippi (Flipkart's AI assistant) from launch to 3M+ MAU and ₹600 Cr+ in incremental GMV.
Earlier at Paytm, I built Mini Apps from idea to a 10M MAU ecosystem, launched Paytm Health as a founding PM, and shipped India's largest private COVID vaccine slot finder — used by 10M+ people during the peak of the pandemic.
Along the way, the Growth Hack team I was part of won Flipkart's Business Excellence Award for the top product team in the org. I tend to do my best work in early-stage, high-ambiguity zones — the kind of environment where the goal is to turn a blurry thesis into a scalable product.
How I work
- I prototype to understand. I don't push production code, but I vibe-code, tinker, and build throwaway prototypes. It's how I grasp the technical constraints and possibilities of the problems I'm solving.
- I write to think. My blog is where messy ideas get worked out before they ever show up in a PRD or a meeting.
- I thrive in 0→1. I lose steam when optimizing things that already work perfectly. Building from the ground up is where I add the most value.
- Momentum over perfection. I'd rather ship a thin slice and learn from real users than ship the "perfect" thing six months too late.
Expertise
Beyond the day job
When I'm not at Flipkart, I'm probably tinkering with my home lab, hacking together a weekend project, or writing about how AI is fundamentally changing product work. I don't really do "idle" — for me, relaxing usually just looks like building something new.
