Your privacy matters. This policy covers all tools, browser extensions, and mobile applications I build.

Overview

This privacy policy applies to all software products, web-based tools, Chrome extensions, and mobile applications (collectively referred to as "Products") developed and published by Prince Jain ("I", "me", or "my").

I am committed to protecting your privacy. My Products are designed to be useful while collecting as little data as possible — in most cases, none at all.

Information Collection & Use

My Products are designed with a privacy-first approach. Unless explicitly stated on a product's dedicated page:

  • No personal data is collected. I do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information.
  • No usage data is tracked. I do not use analytics, telemetry, or tracking pixels within my Products.
  • No data leaves your device. All processing happens locally in your browser or on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers unless the product's core functionality requires it (e.g., communicating with a third-party API you explicitly choose to use).

Third-Party Services

Some Products may interact with third-party services to deliver their core functionality. For example:

  • A Chrome extension may use the OpenAI API or similar services if you provide your own API key. In such cases, data is sent directly from your browser to that service and is governed by their privacy policy.
  • Web-based tools may use Google Analytics on my website (not inside extensions) to understand general traffic patterns. This is standard, anonymized web analytics.

I do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the product's core functionality.

Data Storage

Where Products need to remember your preferences or settings (e.g., an API key, a theme choice), this data is stored locally on your device using browser storage mechanisms such as localStorage or chrome.storage.local. This data:

  • Never leaves your device
  • Is not accessible to me or any third party
  • Can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser data or uninstalling the extension/app

Permissions

Some browser extensions or mobile apps may request permissions (e.g., access to the active tab, microphone, or storage). These permissions are required solely for the product to function as described and are never used to collect, monitor, or transmit personal information.

Each product's listing on the Chrome Web Store or Google Play Store includes a detailed justification for every permission requested.

Children's Privacy

My Products are not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through one of my Products, please contact me and I will promptly address the concern.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of any Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
